Fingerpicking
Könnt ihr schon die ersten Akkorde auf der Gitarre spielen, wisst aber nicht so richtig, was mit ihnen anzufangen? In diesem Kurs begleitet euch Stephan in die Welt des Fingerpickings. Angefangen bei den absoluten Basics werdet ihr mit verschiedenen Fingerpickingmustern vertraut gemacht, mit denen Ihr euer Akkordspiel ausschmücken könnt. Aufbauend darauf lernt ihr, Bass, Rhythmus und Melodie auf der Gitarre zu kombinieren. Schließlich werdet ihr an die Technik Travis-Picking des namensgebenden Erfinders Merle Travis herangeführt. Begleitend hierzu werden euch über die gesamten drei Kurse Übungen, Song-Exzerpte und auch ganze Songs in Gitarrentabulatur (keine Noten) zum Üben bereitgestellt. Mitbringen solltet ihr eine Gitarre (bestenfalls Akustik, egal ob mit Stahl- oder Nylonsaiten), evtl. Schreibzeug zum Notizen machen und ganz viel Lust zum Üben.

Guitar course
Can you already play the first few chords on guitar, but don’t really know how to make them more interesting? In this course, Stephan will accompany you in the world of fingerpicking guitar. Starting with the basics, you will learn different picking-patterns to embellish your chord-playing. Further on, you will explore how to combine bass notes with rhythms and melodies. At the end, the course will introduce you to the famous technique Travis-picking, invented by Merle Travis. Throughout the whole time, you will get exercises, Song-excerpts and whole songs in tabs to practice the techniques shown in the course. This course is designed for players who can already play the first few chords on guitar. You should bring your own guitar, and equally important, the willingness to practice.
